El rol

Buscamos a una persona entry level, curiosa, ordenada y con mentalidad digital, que nos ayude a operar y hacer crecer nuestra comunidad, gestionar nuestros canales de media, y mantener en marcha los flujos internos de trabajo que sostienen el ecosistema EdLatam.



Responsabilidades principales

Community & Media

- Apoyar la gestión diaria de la comunidad EdLatam (interacciones, mensajes, seguimiento).
- Programar y publicar contenidos en redes sociales y canales de comunidad (LinkedIn, newsletters, plataformas internas).
- Dar soporte operativo a campañas de comunicación, encuestas, lanzamientos y eventos.
- Ayudar a mantener ordenado el calendario editorial y los activos de contenido.
- Detectar patrones de engagement y oportunidades de mejora (qué funciona, qué no).

Workflow & Operaciones Internas

- Ejecutar y mantener flujos de trabajo internos (formularios, bases de datos, seguimiento de tareas).
- Apoyar la documentación de procesos y buenas prácticas.
- Coordinar información entre equipos (community, consulting, AI, eventos).
- Usar herramientas no-code y de productividad (Notion, Fillout, Airtable, Slack, etc.).
- Ayudar a que las cosas no se pierdan, no se dupliquen y no se rompan.



Lo que buscamos

- Perfil entry level (recién graduado/a o 1–2 años de experiencia).
- Interés genuino por educación, tecnología, innovación o impacto social.
- Buena comunicación escrita en español e inglés (portugues un plus).
- Mentalidad ordenada, responsable y con atención al detalle.
- Comodidad usando herramientas digitales y aprendiendo nuevas rápidamente.
- Actitud proactiva: ves un problema y propones cómo resolverlo.
- Ganas reales de aprender y crecer dentro de un ecosistema en expansión.
