We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team
At Qubika, we design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions for organizations making an impact through technology.
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer based in Mexico to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong recruitment background and proven experience in sourcing and screening potential candidates, using sourcing tools, and keeping the ATS up to date.
What we expect from you
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and a recruitment-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including advanced candidate search and talent market analysis
- Lead sourcing efforts for strategic and hard-to-fill roles
- Manage referral programs, LinkedIn campaigns, and the company's internal careers website
- Implement new sourcing tools, techniques, and innovative approaches
- Design and execute complex and creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract niche talent and difficult-to-fill profiles
Required Qualifications
Must-have
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Sourcer
- Students or graduates from professional careers related to the field.
- Mid level of English
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work aligned with UTC-3 business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Workday is a plus.
