Analista bilingue de Lunes a Viernes

Estamos en la busqueda de una persona responsable de asegurar el registro preciso y oportuno de facturas, así como la correcta ejecución de los pagos, mantendiendo un alto nivel de eficiencia y control en los procesos contables de cuentas por pagar.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
- Supervisión y control de documentos fiscales (CFDI y requisitos legales).
- Conciliación de cuentas con proveedores y resolución de discrepancias.
- Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y estados de cuentas.
- Gestión y registro de facturas de proveedores en el sistema.
- Cancelación de facturas de proveedores en portal SAT.
- Verificación de documentos relacionados con compras y servicios para asegurar su correcta contabilización.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos para optimizar los procesos contables.
- Elaborar reporte mensual de identificación de egresos bancarios para contabilidad
- Revisión documentación de pedimentos
- Realizar cualquier otra tarea a fin que le sea asignada.
EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL:
- Experiencia mínima 1 año.
- Conocimientos sólidos en contabilidad básica y manejo de documentos fiscales.
- Deseable conocimiento en Contpaq i Contabilidad y comercial.
CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECIALES:
- Habilidad numérica.
- Dominio de herramientas Microsoft Office.
- Alta atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas.
- Capacidad analítica.
- Inglés intermedio: lectura y escritura
