Compensation and Upside

• CAD $36,000 to $48,000 base annually (flexible)

• Performance bonuses with six-figure earning potential

What You Will Own

• Paid ads across YouTube and Meta

• Monthly ad budgets from $20k to $50k+

• Organic growth strategy across YouTube and video platforms

• YouTube channel growth including ideation, titles, thumbnails, and packaging

• Funnel strategy, email systems, and conversion optimization

• Marketing systems, automations, and tech coordination

• Creative direction for editors, designers, and contractors

Who This Role Is For

- This role is for someone with real experience.
- You have run multiple paid ad campaigns across platforms.
- You have managed $20k to $40k+ per month in ad spend.
- You understand ROI, tracking, funnels, and systems.
- You are tech savvy and comfortable with automation tools.
- You understand organic growth and video strategy and know how to grow a YouTube channel beyond posting content randomly.
- You are comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and want responsibility, ownership, and upside.
