Your Mission
As part of the Air Freight Pricing team, you will play a key role in our commercial and operational success:
- Monitor and update air freight market rates (import & export)
- Handle quote requests from the sales team with fast and competitive response times
- Negotiate competitive air import rates with international agents
- Negotiate export contracts with airlines and consolidators
- Prospect and develop relationships with new global agents to expand our network
- Collaborate closely with the technology team to optimize commercial and pricing processes
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in international air freight within a freight forwarder
- Valid IATA certification (verifiable)
- Proven experience handling:
- General cargo, Dangerous Goods (DG), Perishables, Refrigerated cargo, High-value cargo
- Express shipments
- Advanced English proficiency, including fluent negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience negotiating with:
- International agents
- Airlines
- Consolidators
- Computing Skills (Mac OS, Google Workspace, Excel and Python/SQL/HTML are nice to have
