Job Title: Gerente Comercial México (Mexico Commercial Manager)

Location: Querétaro, Mexico (company office + extensive field travel)

Reports to: General Manager

Direct reports: Outside Sales Reps, Inside Sales Reps, and the Marketing team

Start date: January – March 2026

Who we are looking for: A proven commercial leader with deep experience selling the full range of

metal-cutting solutions that want to make the company the fastest-growing premium tooling brand in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

 Own and aggressively grow sales of the complete Company's portfolio (workholding, toolholding, solid carbide & indexable cutting tools) through direct and distributor channels across all of Mexico.

 Lead, coach, and develop the Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Marketing teams.

 Design and execute local marketing strategy (trade shows, demos, Spanish catalogs, digital

campaigns, social media).

 Regular face-to-face visits to key accounts (automotive, aerospace, general machining, mold

& die, oil & gas, etc.)

 Negotiate special pricing, frame agreements, stocking programs, and distributor terms.

 Work closely with the General Manager on inventory planning, lead

times, and promotions.

 Deliver ambitious growth targets (2026: +30%, 2027: +35, 2028: double the business from

2025).

 Represent the brand at major shows (Tecma, IMTS México, Expo Manufactura, FITMA,

etc.)

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field.

 Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in industrial sales/business development

(tooling, workholding, cutting tools, machine-tool accessories, or similar products).

 Proven experience leading sales and marketing teams/

 Fluent English (spoken and written) – regular interaction with U.S. headquarters.

 Willing to travel 40–50% throughout Mexico.

 Currently living in or willing to relocate to Querétaro.
