As a Technical Sourcer at Terminal, you will help us find the highest quality candidates for our partners across a wide spectrum of technical skills and experience. You have a discerning eye and a honed ability to find excellence. What You'll Do
- Partner with recruiters and customers to define and understand roles and customer value propositions.
- Identify, engage, qualify, and manage candidates across a variety of roles and customers.
- Strategically plan and build pipeline for hard-to-fill roles utilizing leading-edge sourcing strategies to engage with premier talent.
- Use data and tools to continuously improve overall effectiveness–and share learnings and techniques with the rest of the team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Sourcer. Prior experience defining and executing sourcing strategies to engage and activate passive software engineering talent is a must.
- A passion for sourcing and finding top-caliber candidates. You have experience using a variety of tools, websites, and techniques to find top technical talent.
- In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, and expertise in modern technical skills, notable companies, and engineering communities.
- An established network of software engineers, data engineers, ML/AI experts, QAs, DevOps, and other product development professionals in Latin America.
- Previous experience working for a tech startup is highly preferred.
- You are passionate about helping people find jobs and companies find great technical talent.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Business-level or higher fluency in English.
