Overview of the position:

Responsible to improve dealer performance based on KMX guidelines to achieve Fixed operating targets and dealer profitability, implementing strategies, objectives, resources, and processes.

Typical tasks:

- Monitoring and analysis of indicators defined by KMX.
- Responsible for defining and deploying processes and standards for the dealer network.
- Reception and handling of complaints and suggestions from customers.
- Implementation of projects to improve the service provided at the dealers.

Qualifications:

- Engineering’s, Administrative bachelor’s degree or similar | Desirable MBA
- Areas of experience: After-Sales, Service Operation, Automotive retail
- Advanced Excel
- Years of experience: +9
- Fluent English
