Paid Media Manager

You'll be the engine behind our clients' paid performance. Working closely with our Customer Success Manager—who owns the client relationship and communicates their goals—you'll translate strategy into execution across the full paid media ecosystem. This is a hands-on, senior-level role that requires deep platform expertise, advanced targeting capabilities, and the ability to manage complexity without constant oversight.
What You'll Do
∙ Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, and influencer channels based on client strategy
∙ Implement advanced targeting strategies including geofencing, retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom segments, and location-based tactics
∙ Lead influencer marketing efforts from partner selection through performance analysis
∙ Manage budgets with care—balancing client expectations, efficiency, and measurable outcomes
∙ Analyze campaign data, identify patterns, and recommend strategic pivots
∙ Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and privacy changes that affect targeting and performance
∙ Communicate progress, challenges, and results clearly to the CSM for client-facing updates
What You Bring
∙ 3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience with proven expertise across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
∙ Deep knowledge of advanced targeting—geofencing, retargeting, behavioral and demographic segmentation, custom audiences
∙ Demonstrated influencer marketing experience including campaign design, negotiation, and ROI measurement
∙ Agency experience strongly preferred; you're used to juggling multiple accounts and delivering quality under pressure
∙ Proficiency with AI-powered tools for bidding, creative testing, audience optimization, and workflow efficiency
∙ Strong understanding of U.S. and UK markets—audience behavior, platform nuances, regional best practices preferred (strong understanding of the China and UAE markets a bonus)
∙ Fluent English with clear, professional communication skills
∙ Self-directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment—you manage your time well and flag blockers early
Working at Exist
This is a fully remote role. We collaborate asynchronously across time zones with some real-time overlap for coordination and client needs. Specifics will be discussed during the hiring process.
