We are looking for a QA Testers to join our team in Querétaro, MX. This role reports directly to the QA Manager and we are specifically looking for candidates who are seeking long‑term stability. The position combines manual testing (50%) and test automation (50%). The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products.Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual test strategies and detailed test cases.
- Audit, document, and validate test results across multiple environments.
- Support the evaluation of performance, reliability, and scalability of software products.
- Contribute to building and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple locations.
- Work within a CI/CD environment to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Use Azure DevOps for test planning, reporting, and tracking.
Perfil buscado
- 1+ year of QA experience (manual and/or automation).
- Must be currently living in Querétaro.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience with at least one automation tool:
- Testim, Katalon, Selenium, or Cypress
- Basic programming and scripting skills:
- Java (required)
- JavaScript (basic scripting)
- Experience working in CI/CD environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of databases (queries, data validation, troubleshooting).
