- Slack
- Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
- Microsoft Excel
- Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, business operations, operations coordination, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Strong hands-on experience using Asana to manage projects, recurring workflows, timelines, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of project ownership, task accountability, stakeholder follow-up, and cross-functional coordination.
- Comfortable moving between departments, learning new processes quickly, and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the confidence to follow up and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, systems-minded, and able to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
- Experience with EOS, Integrator-style operating models, eCommerce, DTC, wholesale, retail, or consumer brands is a plus. Shift Schedule:
