Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the correct execution of cost-related production processes.
- Control and monitor production costs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Lead budgeting and financial forecasting activities for plant operations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial and operational reports to management.
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory control processes and support monthly/annual financial close activities.
- Provide financial and analytical support to Plant Management and Operations leadership.
- Coordinate and oversee personnel within the Finance/Controlling function at the plant.
- Drive operational efficiency initiatives through cost analysis and financial insights.
- Support decision-making related to productivity, margins, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of production processes related to cost control.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Understanding of internal controls and operational effectiveness.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Team-oriented mindset with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (preferred).
