This role requires a strong technical foundation in Salesforce configuration, customization, Lightning Web Components (LWC), DevOps, development, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and user satisfaction across the platform.

Qualifications:
- Having strong experience in salesforce.com and managerial duties.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and integration patterns.
