Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual (english/spanish) Commerce Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of our Digital and E-Commerce platforms across APAC, LATAM region. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise, architectural leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business-friendly language for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering; 3–5+ years in a senior/lead/architect role.
- Strong hands-on expertise with CommerceTools. Adobe Commerce is a Plus.
- Deep understanding of headless commerce, MACH architecture, GraphQL, and event-driven systems.
- Proven experience building social media commerce integrations (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
- Solid experience with Node.js, Java, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, event brokers (Kafka, SNS/SQS), and webhooks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with frontend frameworks (Next.js, React, Vue) in headless architectures.
- Experience with PIM/DAM (Salisfy, Contentful, Adobe).
- Prior involvement in large-scale B2C or B2B commerce replatforming.
- Familiarity with marketplace or social-commerce ecosystems.
- MACH Alliance certification or similar credentials.
