Monthly earnings from $20,000 MXN (MXN $10,000 + bonus on brokers first transactions)
We are expanding our team and looking for a Recruiter & Training Coordinator to lead the attraction, selection, onboarding, and training of top talent in the luxury and commercial real estate sector.
This role sources brokers and internal roles both nationally and internationally, supporting our growth in Mexico/Spain and beyond.
What You'll Do
Recruit brokers and key operational roles in Mexico and abroad
Manage job postings, interviews, evaluations, and selection processes
Lead onboarding + initial training (scripts, CRM, commercial process)
Build talent pipelines for expansion markets (Mérida, Tulum, Los Cabos, etc.)
Maintain recruitment dashboards, follow-ups, and growth KPIs
Requirements
2+ years recruiting, headhunting, HR, sales talent acquisition or similar
Experience in real estate, commercial roles, hospitality, or sales is a plus
Fluent English; additional languages are valued
Organization, communication, and goal-driven mindset
Lives in Mexico City or nearby
Compensation & Benefits
$10,000 MXN monthly fee.
Bonus per successful hire + % of broker commissions first transactions.
Expected income from $20,000 MXN+ monthly
80% remote / 20% field or office for interviews and onboarding
Recruitment for national and international expansion markets
