The role
We're looking for a Senior Art Director with a distinctive creative touch, sharp technical skills, and a genuine curiosity for AI.
You wear many hats: art direction, graphic design, motion — you move seamlessly across disciplines. You've mastered the fundamentals (typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy) and know how to transcend them to create bold, elegant, coherent visual universes.
Ideally, you come from an agency background. You thrive in demanding, fast-paced environments. And you see AI as a creative lever, not a threat.

What we expect

Art direction & creation
Design and lead premium visual territories for luxury, beauty, and lifestyle brands
Develop bold, elegant creative concepts that scale across all touchpoints
Deliver execution at the level of top international agencies — fast, without compromise

Design & visual excellence
Expert command of fundamentals: composition, typography, hierarchy, color, graphic storytelling
Ability to translate a strategic brief into a clear, sophisticated, impactful visual system
Motion design skills — a strong plus

AI-augmented creativity
Genuine curiosity and real desire to work with AI
Use AI for ideation, exploration, and production
Integrate AI tools: creative research, image and video generation, visual variations
Active monitoring and regular integration of the latest innovations into workflows

~10+ years of experience, ideally in agencies

~ Recognized expertise in art direction and/or design

Flexible organization
We operate with teams working in relay to cover 7 days a week. You can join:
The weekday team (Monday → Friday)
The weekend team (Saturday → Sunday)
A mix of both , depending on your preferences and your life

Buscamos un·a Senior Art Director con una verdadera firma creativa, técnica afilada y una curiosidad devoradora por la IA.
Eres multidisciplinario·a: dirección de arte, diseño gráfico, motion — te mueves con soltura entre territorios. Dominas los fundamentos (tipografía, composición, color, jerarquía visual) y sabes trascenderlos para crear universos fuertes, elegantes, coherentes.
Vienes idealmente de agencia. Te gustan los entornos exigentes donde todo va rápido. Y ves la IA como una palanca creativa, no como una amenaza.
Aquí los proyectos se construyen a varias manos. Nos gusta cruzar miradas, desafiar las primeras ideas, encontrar juntos lo que realmente funciona.
