Kiewit Mexico, a subsidiary of one of North America's largest engineering and construction organizations, is seeking a Craft Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts for skilled craft positions. The Craft Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring an efficient hiring process, and supporting the recruitment team in attracting top talent for our engineering and construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment events for craft positions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
- Assist in screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet workforce needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
