Performance Marketing Manager

We are strengthening our performance function and looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of systems, decisions, and outcomes across paid channels.
This role focuses on designing and managing performance activity with a clear connection to business objectives. You will oversee paid media efforts across search and paid social, ensuring that structure, budget allocation, and optimization decisions are grounded in data and consistent measurement logic.
The work goes beyond campaign-level adjustments. You will be responsible for understanding why performance changes, identifying risks early, and deciding whether action is needed at the channel, funnel, or tracking level. Clear prioritization and disciplined execution are central to this job.
We are looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in performance marketing, comfortable working with budgets, KPIs, and attribution concepts. You should be able to explain trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and make decisions based on evidence rather than short-term signals.
