Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plan Controller with 5+ years of experience and advanced English skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and controlling the costs associated with the company's manufacturing and operational processes. This role requires a thorough understanding of cost accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- :Analyze and review production costs, labour, and material expenses

Perform variance analysis and provide insights on cost-saving opportunities
- .
Maintain and update the cost accounting system to ensure accuracy in costing data
- .
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements related to inventory and production costs
- .
Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing cost data and analysis
- .
Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure proper cost allocation and efficiency
- .
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- .
Conduct regular reviews of cost accounting procedures and recommend improvements
- .
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations .
Requirements
- :Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- .3+ years of experience in cost accounting or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- .
Proficiency in cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- .
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
- .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- .
Experience with ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- .
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- .
Knowledge of standard costing methods and inventory management is a plus .
