The Role Our Client is seeking a dual-impact Human Resources Specialist & Technology Manager to lead their people operations, talent initiatives, and internal technology systems. Serving as a key operational anchor, this professional manages the end-to-end employee lifecycle—spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement—while simultaneously administering company software systems, user access controls, vendor relationships, and digital process automation. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy HR generalist who excels at building scalable systems, optimizing workflows, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & People Operations
- Leads full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, structured onboarding, and new-hire orientation.
- Maintains confidential employee records, coordinates payroll activities, manages benefits administration, and oversees leave requests in compliance with company policies.
- Drives performance management cycles, employee evaluations, professional development programs, and workforce retention strategies.
- Partner with leadership to draft and update HR policies, procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks.
- Coordinates employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications, acting as a trusted, empathetic resource for employee relations.
- Tracks key HR metrics (turnover, retention, hiring velocity, and employee satisfaction) to inform organizational planning. Technology Management & Systems Administration
- Serves as the primary system administrator across internal software platforms, managing user creation, permissions, account offboarding, and equipment assignments.
- Coordinates with external IT vendors and service providers to oversee hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and renewal schedules.
- Evaluates, implements, and integrates cloud-based business tools (HRIS, communication, payroll, accounting, and operational software) to automate manual tasks and elevate operational flow.
- Provides basic technical troubleshooting and desktop support for remote employees while documenting software workflows and technology policies.
- Assists with corporate cybersecurity initiatives, managing access controls, password security standards, and data protection best practices. Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies Required Qualifications

Experience:
3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Business Operations, Technology Management, or a combined administrative capacity.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- HR Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of core HR practices, talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and performance management framework.
- Software Administration: Demonstrated experience administering HRIS, payroll, and cloud-based business applications, with strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Language & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, equipped to interact empathetically with employees and clearly with leadership and technical vendors.
- Problem-Solving & Detail Orientation: High organizational discipline with the ability to manage confidential data, oversee concurrent projects, and proactively improve processes.
