Remote, anywhere in Mexico Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (Central Mexico Time) Work Modality: 100% remote. Contract Duration: 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension for up to 3 years. Expected Start Date: January 4, 2027. Position Overview We are looking for three Full Stack Developers with practical experience in C# and .
NET to join an enterprise software development team. You will participate in the development, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise web applications, working on backend services, APIs, frontend functionalities, business rules, reporting, and production support. We are looking for hands-on developers with the autonomy to handle medium-to-high complexity requirements and collaborate closely with the Technical Lead and the development team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, integrate, and maintain backend and frontend functionalities. Build, consume, and maintain APIs. Work with relational databases and implement business rules. Develop and maintain enterprise web application components. Perform software testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing. Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Participate in controlled software releases and deployment activities. Support production applications and resolve technical incidents. Collaborate with the Technical Lead and other developers. Participate in technical meetings and explain development activities in English. Required Qualifications Practical experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .
NET. Backend development experience, including API development and integration. Frontend development experience using JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Real Full Stack development experience. Equal backend and frontend specialization is not required. Experience with relational databases. Knowledge of layered architecture, dependency injection, and enterprise integrations. Experience with software testing, technical documentation, and version control. Ability to independently handle medium-to-high complexity development requirements. Technical Conversational English is mandatory. Ability to participate actively in technical discussions, explain solutions and development work, answer technical questions, and follow up on agreements with native English-speaking teams. Availability to start on January 4, 2027. Preferred Qualifications ASP.
NET Core, ASP.
NET MVC, or Web API. Angular, React, or another modern frontend framework. SQL Server and T-SQL. Git and Azure DevOps. Scrum or Agile methodologies. Experience maintaining and supporting production applications. Experience Level Medium / Senior. Approximately 4 years of software development experience is considered a reference, not a strict requirement. Practical technical skills, autonomy, and demonstrated Full Stack capabilities are more important than years of experience alone. Equivalent technologies may be considered when transferable skills and practical experience can be demonstrated.
