Descripción de la posición:
Es responsable de apoyar a la planta en el logro de cero pérdidas mediante la implementación del sistema de Mantenimiento Productivo Total (TPM).
Optimiza los procesos clave de la operación identificando oportunidades de mejora para incrementar el desempeño, fortalecer la eficiencia operativa y aumentar la competitividad.
Desarrolla e implementa estrategias, planes de acción, actividades y capacitaciones en herramientas Lean, Ingeniería de Procesos y TPM, con el objetivo de consolidar el sistema de producción Lean Manufacturing, reducir costos, mejorar la calidad del producto y asegurar tiempos de entrega más cortos.
Principales responsabilidades:
Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a la implementación de TPM en la planta, asegurando el compromiso del liderazgo y los equipos.
Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan maestro de TPM, impulsando la eliminación de pérdidas y la mejora continua.
Analizar procesos clave para identificar oportunidades de mejora, desperdicios y proyectos de reducción de costos.
Liderar la implementación de estrategias de Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen y Six Sigma.
Coordinar sistemas de trabajo efectivos en productividad, calidad, servicio, seguridad y sustentabilidad.
Gestionar proyectos de mejora y asegurar su ejecución y cierre oportuno.
Promover la innovación y la cultura de mejora continua.
Impulsar el desarrollo de talento mediante capacitación y certificación en herramientas Lean y Six Sigma.
Perfil y experiencia:
Ing. Mecánica, Industrial o afín.
Experiencia de 7 años de experiencia en Manufactura, cinco de estos con experiencia en TPM, Lean Six Sigma o Mejora Continua.
Conocimientos/experiencia requerida e indispensable:
Inglés avanzado.
Experiencia siendo líder de TPM o en alguno de estos pilares: FI, AM, PM, T&D.
Experiencia en Project Management.
Conocimientos en tema de seguridad y calidad.
Experiencia aplicando estadística, y análisis de datos.
Experiencia en manejo de software en Project Management.
Conocimiento en Power Bi.
Experiencia como responsable de Certificación en JIPM (que haya participado en la certificación).
Deseable:
Certificado en Green Belt o Black Belt.
Experiencia técnica en aislantes.
Habilidades:
Resolución de Problemas.
Autogestión.
Persistencia.
Trabajo en equipo
Manejo de conflictos.
