About DocketWorks

DocketWorks is a legal support platform that connects law firms with vetted International Licensed Attorneys trained on U.S. legal systems, delivering high-quality paralegal services, legal research, client intake support, document preparation, and case management solutions. Our mission is to help law firms reclaim billable hours and scale efficiently by handling the work that slows them down.

Job Details:

- Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm PST / MST / CST / EST (depends on law firm’s timezone)
- Employer: DocketWorks (we pay you), but you’ll report directly to your U.S. supervising attorney
- Location: 100% remote

Salary and Hours:

Note: All prices listed (and pay administered) in U.S. dollars ONLY – ILA’s currency rate will not affect pay:

- Full-Time (40 hrs/wk) = $1,350 / month during probation; $1,500 / month thereafter
- Three Quarter-Time (30 hrs / week) = $975 / month during probation; $1125 thereafter
- Half-Time (20 hrs/wk) = $650 / mo during probation; $750 / month thereafter
- Quarter-Time (10 hrs/wk) = $325 / mo during probation; $375 / month thereafter

What You'll Be Doing:

Under the guidance of a U.S. attorney, you’ll handle real-world paralegal work:

✅ Legal research using Westlaw / LexisNexis

✅ Client communication via U.S.-based platforms like Clio / MyCase

✅ Intake coordination and initial fact gathering

✅ Ordering and following up on medical, police, or insurance records

✅ Drafting demand letters, motions, and discovery responses

✅ Organizing case files, setting court calendar deadlines

✅ Helping attorneys prepare for trial, depositions, or mediation

Note: You are not allowed to give legal advice or act as an attorney in the U.S. This is strictly paralegal work.

What you Need to Qualify:

- Licensed attorney in North, Central, or South America
- High-level Spanish and English fluency (spoken, read, written, understood)
- Reliable internet with backup
- Laptop or desktop computer
- Smartphone

This is a stable, long-term opportunity to:
