- Atención de paros, ajustes de parámetros, setups y validaciones.
- Monitoreo de parámetros, inspecciones visuales/dimensionales, documentación.
- Participación en Lean, 5S, propuestas de mejora y estandarización.
- Apoyo en auditorías, uso de EPP, contenciones y retrabajos.
- Mantenimiento básico a herramientas/fixtures, soporte en cambios menores y análisis de fallas Habilidades indispensables para el rol:
- Técnico en Mecatrónica, Mecánica, Electromecánica, industrial o afín.
- Lean Manufacturing 5S, neumática y torque
- Herramientas de medición
- Paquetería Office
