Job Description
We are looking for a Market Intelligence Staff
1. Collaborate in the design and management of the product range plan, ensuring efficiency, alignment with strategy, and timely responses to market dynamics.
2. Minimize business risks related to accruals and budget execution through the SO promotion plan.
3. Reduce business risks by analyzing potential issues, identifying trade remedies, and establishing counter-strategies.
4. Ensure full compliance and proper execution of the promotional plan.
5. Execute the promotional plan in alignment with HQ and local policies.
6. Support the design of pricing and strategic actions for each segment and model.
7. Monitor SO A/R performance by reviewing weekly category results by model and highlighting key actions to both KAMs and PMs.
8. Generate the Weekly PSI, Sell-out Achievement Rate, issue early warnings, and implement corrective actions where needed.
9. Analyze each category’s strategy according to the model account to support the development of the promotional plan.
10. Manage the Promotions Budget and oversee any Over- and Undercap deviations.
11. Map and validate promotions by customer to ensure correct application across all accounts.
12. Produce category and by-product M/S reports, conduct benchmark and market-sensing analysis, and align corrective actions with each PM.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree complete (Economic - Administrative)
Advanced Excel proficiency must (complex formulas, dynamic arrays, pivot tables, Power Query, scendario modeling, dashboards)
Power BI desirable (data modeling, DAX formulas, interactive dashboards)
English advanced (Conversational / Professional)
