What you'll do: Design and Implement Visual Display Strategies: Responsible for the development of display standards. Create and execute visually appealing product displays, POP Signage and seasonal store layouts. This requires a high level of creativity and an understanding of customer behavior to maximize product visibility and sales potential. Ensure that stores follow the standards with a hands-on constant follow-up. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, merchandisers, retail services, vendors and category managers to align visual merchandising strategies with overall business goals. This requires effective communication and collaboration skills. Conduct Store Visits: Perform regular visits to stores (own and competitors) to ensure that visual merchandising standards are being met and to gather insights for future improvements. This involves a mix of hands-on work and strategic analysis. Monitor and Adjust Displays: Continuously monitor the performance of visual displays and adjust as needed to optimize sales and product understanding.
