Strategic Project Management: Coordinate multiple initiatives related to production, quality, innovation, and digitalization.
Key Responsabilities:
* Process Optimization: Reduce waste, improve operational efficiency, and ensure projects generate value.
* Business Alignment: Ensure recruitment, manufacturing, and product development strategies are aligned with corporate goals.
* Methodology Standardization: Implement management frameworks (Lean) to ensure consistency in project execution.
* Innovation Support: Drive automation, digitalization, and sustainability projects
* Training and Organizational Culture: Develop teams in project management best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of experience in similar roles
Advanced English.
