🚀 We’re hiring: Treasury Manager – Mexico (CDMX) 🚀

At ID Finance, we’re on a mission to transform financial services with innovation and technology. With a strong presence in Mexico and beyond, we’re looking for a Treasury Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in shaping our financial future.

🌟 What you’ll do

- Lead day-to-day treasury operations and cash flow management.
- Build and manage cash flow forecasts.
- Drive banking relationships and support financing strategies.
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks (FX, interest rates, etc.).
- Improve treasury processes and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Accounting teams.

🎯 What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of corporate treasury experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, financial instruments & risk management.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Solid English (upper-intermediate or above).
- Professional certifications (CFA, CTP, CPA) are a plus.

🌟 Lo que harás

- Liderar las operaciones diarias de tesorería y la gestión de liquidez.
- Elaborar y dar seguimiento a proyecciones de flujo de efectivo.
- Gestionar relaciones bancarias y apoyar en estrategias de financiamiento.
- Monitorear y mitigar riesgos financieros (FX, tasas de interés, etc.).
- Mejorar procesos de tesorería y apoyar en iniciativas estratégicas.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Finanzas, Fiscal y Contabilidad.

🎯 Lo que buscamos

- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contaduría, Economía o carrera afín.
- +5 años de experiencia en tesorería corporativa.
- Conocimiento en gestión de liquidez, instrumentos financieros y manejo de riesgos.
- Excel avanzado y habilidades sólidas de modelación financiera.
- Inglés intermedio–avanzado.
- Certificaciones profesionales (CFA, CTP, CPA) son un plus.
