Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Consultant specializing in a 360 recruitment approach. The Consultant will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, connecting clients with top-tier candidates. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, providing strategic consulting to clients, and maintaining strong communication throughout the recruitment process. The consultant will serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Proficiency in Consulting and providing strategic talent acquisition advice
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in candidate sourcing, Interviewing, and evaluation
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Experience in nearshore recruitment is a plus
