As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a key role in building and consolidating the procurement function while ensuring supply continuity and cost efficiency.
In this role, you will:

- Oversee purchasing activities for packaging materials including bottles, corks, labels, corrugated packaging, and pallets.

- Lead strategic negotiations with key suppliers to secure competitive pricing and service levels.

- Develop, qualify, and homologate alternative suppliers to mitigate supply risk.

- Track and manage supplier KPIs such as on-time delivery, service level, and quality performance.

- Work closely with operations and production planning teams to align procurement with production requirements.

- Drive cost savings initiatives while maintaining quality and supply reliability.

Perfil buscado

The succesfull candidate for the Purchaising Manager rol will have a deep experience strengthening supplier relationships and driving procurement efficiency.
For the position we need:

- 7-8 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within the distilled spirits or alcoholic beverages industry.

- Demonstrate strong strategic negotiation skills and the ability to manage long-term commercial relationships (KAMs).

- Apply a results-oriented mindset focused on cost savings and operational execution.

- Show strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
