- Manage and streamline customs operations to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Develop and implement strategies for efficient customs processes.

- Oversee the preparation and submission of customs documentation.

- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor and analyze customs-related costs and propose cost-saving initiatives.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs laws and regulations.

- Liaise with government agencies and customs brokers as necessary.

- Lead and mentor the customs team to achieve departmental goals.
