Advertising Account Manager

NexLaunch, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a skilled Paid Traffic Specialist to join our team. We specialize in delivering outstanding value and service to intentionally and predictably transform ice-cold prospects into leads, sales, advocates, and promoters.
We are looking for a results-driven freelancer who is confident in managing multi-platform advertising campaigns and is passionate about driving measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Pinterest. RedNote is a plus
- Ensure proper setup and management of funnels, calls-to-action, pixels, and events.
- Build and manage pixels, events, and conversions using Business Managers and Tag Manager.
- Monitor and troubleshoot creative, tracking, or reporting issues to ensure campaign accuracy.
- Conduct audience research, develop acquisition strategies (cold, warm, hot), and create retargeting campaigns.
- Recommend budget ranges per campaign (high–low) and provide optimization strategies.
- Analyze competitor ads and leverage insights for campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate content assets needed for campaigns.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns tailored to each platform.
- Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Design and implement reporting dashboards, data automation, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage both onsite and offsite optimization projects, reporting outcomes and improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- 2+ years of experience with Google Tag Manager (including events and conversion tracking).
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Highly self-motivated with proven time management and organizational skills.
- Confident, adaptable, and tech-savvy.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
