Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and strategic positions. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and hiring strategies. Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and digital platforms. Conduct interviews and talent assessments. Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes. Requirements ~ Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. ~5+ years of experience recruiting professional and strategic-level talent. ~ Advanced English proficiency. ~ Availability to travel frequently. ~ Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
