Net2Source Inc. is seeking a Jr. Bilingual Field Service Engineer to join their team in Mexico (any location).

Position: Field Service Engineer

Location: Any city in Mexico (with availability to travel nationally and internationally up to 90%)

Contract Type: Permanent

Your Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in field engineering roles.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or troubleshooting of production lines or industrial machinery.
- Advanced English.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and customer-facing skills.
- Valid passport.

What You'll Do:

- Define workload planning and forecasting, ensuring proper resource allocation.
- Assess technical competencies within the team and support skills development.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental certifications and training.
- Lead and supervise field teams in the region during installation and service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage cooperation between FSEs and key execution stakeholders (ISM and PMe), resolving conflicts or critical situations on site.
