About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven
Accounts Payable Analyst
to join our finance team
In this role, you'll help keep our AP operations running smoothly — working closely with vendors, managing invoice flow, and ensuring accuracy across all transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Process invoices within the AP system and ensure accurate coding.
Manage vendor relationships, including profile setup, documentation collection, and record maintenance.
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment status, inquiries, and issue resolution.
Support the shared AP inbox and ensure timely responses.
Assist with improving AP workflows and identifying efficiencies.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems or AP platforms.
1 year of experience with
NetSuite
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
