Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Amazon Mexico 1P operations for AIoT products (wearables, robot vacuums, TVs, etc.), owning category performance and KPI achievement.
- Leverage existing relationships with Amazon Mexico and proven negotiation skills to secure key platform resources (e.g., deal tag, promotional slots).
- Drive sales growth through targeted promotions, dynamic price management, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with Amazon Mexico teams and internal stakeholders to resolve platform issues (SKU listing, ASIN creation, on-shelf bottlenecks, invoices issues) efficiently.
Key Requirements
1. 4+ years of e-commerce experience, with Amazon Mexico 1P operation experience.
- Demonstrated track record of building and leveraging relationships with Amazon Mexico for resource acquisition. Strong negotiation, sales acumen, and a proven ability to meet/exceed Amazon sales KPIs.
- Proficient in data analysis (Excel/analytical tools) to inform operations and negotiation strategies.
- Fluent in English or Spanish; excellent cross-cultural coordination, problem-solving, and pressure resistance.standing project execution and problem-solving abilities.
