We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in shaping the customer experience through strategic thinking, strong execution, and cross functional collaboration.

Your impact in this role

You will act as the key link between our customers and our operations, leading the Customer Service team, ensuring SLA performance, anticipating service risks, and turning data into actions that enhance the customer experience.

What we are looking for

- Background in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service roles with people leadership
- Knowledge of SAP, demand management, and planning
- Advanced English
- Strong analytical mindset, customer focus, problem solving skills, and ability to work in dynamic environments
