Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to make an impact? We’re hiring for two entry-level roles where you’ll support critical sales and funding processes
💼 1. Business Support Operations (BSO) Specialist
🛠️ Key Tasks:
- Handle ServiceNow tickets (CRM, accounts, etc.)
- Work with sales to update territories & classifications
- Maintain approver workflows
- Run audits & monitor high-risk assignments
- Support future-year requests & data tracking
🧠 2. Area Win Room (AWR) Specialist
🎯 Key Tasks:
- Learn AWR, ECIF & Azure Credit Offer processes
- Review & submit funding requests (via OneAsk tool)
- Offer white-glove support to sales teams
- Help streamline operations & assist with projects
🧩 Key Skills (Both Roles):
✔️ Advanced Excel
✔️ Microsoft Office Suite
✔️ Strong attention to detail & organization skills
✔️ Fluent English (written & spoken)
Nice to Have:
✨ ServiceNow experience
✨ Familiarity with data data tracking tools
✨ Previous audit experience
