Job Title: BIM Architect Location: Guadalajara, Punto Sur

Create detailed CAD drawings of delivery station layouts, including equipment, workspaces, and infrastructure, based on current standards and future design initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with Design Engineers, fellow CAD drafters, World Wide Engineering (WWE), Pre-Construction, Construction, external architects, MHE vendors, and Launch Execution teams to deliver complete and approved design sets.
Quality Assurance: Support the design quality control process by participating in peer reviews, following design checklists and standards, and incorporating feedback from Design Engineers to ensure zero-defect outputs.
Project Execution: Deliver new designs, post-permit updates, expansions, and retrofits that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and capacity at delivery stations.
1-3 years of Revit Experience
~1-3 years of project coordination experience
~1-3 years of experience in facility layout, manufacturing design, commercial, industrial, or structural drafting
~ AutoCAD Experience a bonus

Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD Architecture within a design, civil, construction, or architectural environment
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Bluebeam
