¿Qué actividades realizarás?

- Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias SEM y Social Ads: Pon a prueba tu creatividad para aumentar el alcance y convertir cada campaña en un éxito rotundo
- Entender las necesidades de nuestros clientes: Proponer mejoras y experimentar con nuevas ideas para que cada cliente vea resultados sorprendentes.
- Crear contenido creativo: Desde videos impactantes hasta imágenes estáticas y carruseles que hagan vibrar las redes. También trabajarás con contenido generado por usuarios (UGC).
- Automatizar flujos de correos y WhatsApp: Simplificar procesos y maximizar la conversión a través de la automatización.
- Revisar la calidad de los prospectos: Tener un enfoque detallado usando CRM, para asegurarnos de que estamos alcanzando a los mejores prospectos.
- Optimizar campañas con datos: Utilizar herramientas de analítica para asegurar que cada campaña sea un éxito, maximizando resultados y ajustando lo necesario en el camino.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Mercados Digitales, Publicidad, Comunicación, Economía.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en Marketing Digital.
- Habilidades para resolver problemas y capacidad para ajustar estrategias.
- Persona metódica, organizada y orientada a los detalles.
- Ambición para aprender constantemente y una pasión por explorar los datos para obtener los mejores resultados.
- Conocimiento de diferentes CRM y herramientas de automatización.
- Ganas de desarrollarse dentro de la empresa.
- Buen entendimiento de análisis de datos.
- Inglés intermedio - avanzado
