Join NCR Atleos as a Sales Operations Support Analyst In this role, you’ll provide critical support to our Sales team and Sales Operations Management throughout the entire sales cycle.
What You’ll Do:
Pre-Sales Support
- Assist with customer proposals (RFP/RFI).
- Work on hardware/software configurations.
- Request product activations or deactivations (PID).
- Help prepare bid review packages.
- Support pricing approvals and coordinate with the Deals Desk team.
- Create new customer accounts, sites, and addresses.
- Generate reports with product and configuration details.
Quote Support
- Create and manage quotes in the system.
- Validate details like addresses, delivery dates, and billing info.
- Prepare rollout schedules and coordinate timely delivery.
- Provide order status updates to Sales Representatives.
Post-Sales Support
- Monitor order booking and communicate with Back Office teams.
- Process cancellations when needed.
- Resolve delivery, configuration, and invoice issues.
- Maintain order tracking files.
