En Rabbit buscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a Gerente de Data & Business Insights Esta posición formará parte del área de Tecnología y reportará directamente al CTO, siendo responsable de liderar la estrategia integral de datos de la compañía, desde la ingesta y gobierno de la información hasta la generación de insights de alto impacto para el negocio. Tu misión: Definir, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia de Data & Analytics de Rabbit, asegurando que la plataforma de datos se utilice para generar valor tangible en áreas como ventas, precios, inventarios, cadena de suministro y experiencia del cliente, impulsando el crecimiento, la rentabilidad y la eficiencia operativa. Responsabilidades principales: - Definir y ejecutar la hoja de ruta de Data y Analytics alineada a los objetivos estratégicos del negocio. - Actuar como principal enlace entre el equipo de Data y las áreas de Ventas, Marketing, Logística, Finanzas y Recursos Humanos. - Identificar oportunidades de alto impacto donde los datos generen valor cuantificable para el negocio. - Liderar la adopción y rentabilización del Data Lakehouse, transformando datos en decisiones accionables. - Supervisar la entrega de dashboards, modelos predictivos y análisis avanzados para la toma de decisiones. - Integrar, liderar y desarrollar un equipo multidisciplinario de Data Engineers, Data Analysts y Data Scientists. - Fomentar una cultura orientada al valor de negocio, rigor analítico y mejora continua. - Asegurar la calidad, seguridad y gobierno del ecosistema de datos, implementando políticas de Data Governance. - Colaborar en proyectos de optimización de inventarios, pricing, segmentación de clientes y eficiencia operativa. - Garantizar la adopción de herramientas de BI por parte de los equipos de negocio. Requisitos: - Licenciatura en Economía, Actuaría, Matemáticas Aplicadas, Ingeniería o afín. - Deseable MBA o Maestría en Ciencia de Datos, Business Analytics o Estrategia. - Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con Data, Analytics o Tecnología. - Al menos 4 años liderando equipos multidisciplinarios de Data. - Experiencia funcional como Gerente de Data Analytics o Data Science. - Experiencia deseable en Retail, Consumo Masivo o E-commerce de alto volumen. Conocimientos técnicos: - Dominio de KPIs de negocio: P&L, Supply Chain, Inventarios, Pricing y Comportamiento del Consumidor. - Visualización avanzada (Power BI, Tableau o Looker). - Conocimiento sólido de SQL, bases de datos estructuradas y no estructuradas. - Conocimiento en Python y/o R a nivel validación y supervisión técnica. - Entendimiento de arquitecturas de datos y Data Lakehouse. - Metodologías ágiles aplicadas a proyectos de datos.
