Job Description

This role supports construction projects to be planned and driven in accordance with global and local standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design process towards the design company and the general contractor, ensuring full project team involvement.
  • Deliver on construction project E2E requirements.
  • Collaborate with external construction-related partners.
  • Collaborate with Program Lead and Stream Owners.
  • Ensure full transparency in decision making inside construction and ensure relevant team involvement in all decisions.
  • Be part of the program/project core team.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in construction projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience handling large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in running project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial limits.
  • Experience in negotiating and leading contracts with vendors, clients, and subcontractors. Familiarity with various FIDIC contract forms, such as the Red Book (Construction), Yellow Book (Plant & Design-Build), and Silver Book is a must.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
