Horticulture Manager

We invite an experienced and passionate horticulture professional to oversee the design, maintenance, and enhancement of our outdoor spaces. As a Landscape Supervisor with us, you will create an inviting and visually stunning environment for our guests while ensuring the sustainability and health of our landscapes.

About This Opportunity:

• Supervise daily landscaping operations and manage staff to ensure efficient performance and high-quality results.
• Inspect resort areas to identify safety concerns and address them promptly.
• Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor facilities to meet exceptional cleanliness and aesthetic standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to train them on various aspects of landscaping and maintenance.
• Liaise with guests regarding landscaping and outdoor area inquiries.
• Assist in new landscape design projects, develop and manage the landscape maintenance budget, and optimize resource allocation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of landscape professionals to deliver outstanding results.
• Develop and implement effective landscaping strategies to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the landscaping team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, supervisors, and guests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscape management or horticulture, preferably in hospitality or resort settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of local plants, landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and repairs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and manage physically demanding tasks.
