Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the activities of the maintenance crew to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment and facilities.
- Review job orders to determine work priorities and schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, robots, and equipment.
- Coordinate activities to ensure continuous production operations and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs in conjunction with production and maintenance staff.
- Review maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
- Inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
- Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and optimize labor and materials utilization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering).
- Five to seven years of related experience in maintenance operations management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
