  • Google Analytics G4:
    • Test and optimize tracking setups in Google Analytics to measure and analyze user behavior.
    • Generate insightful reports to provide actionable recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Paid Campaign Management:
    • Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and others.
    • Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Develop and deliver regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals.
    • Generate and manage marketing dashboard on a weekly basis.
  • Stay Current on Marketing Technologies:
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing technology.
    • Evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • English level: B1 or higher
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign), tagging and tracking methodologies, and paid campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
