- Generate insightful reports to provide actionable recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Paid Campaign Management:
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and others.
- Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance data to refine targeting and messaging.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and deliver regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals.
- Generate and manage marketing dashboard on a weekly basis.
- Stay Current on Marketing Technologies:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing technology.

Requirements:
- English level: B1 or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign), tagging and tracking methodologies, and paid campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
