**Key Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Intugo. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional communication and guidance, ensuring a positive experience for all.

**Key Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Experience with office management systems and procedures.
  • Previous experience in the Legal field is a plus.
  • Comfortable with phone and in-person reception duties.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality for handling sensitive information.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, including the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English-Spanish.

**What We Offer**

As an Administrative Assistant at Intugo, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $18,000.00 per month, as well as a range of benefits, including vales de despensa. Our office is located in a convenient location, and we offer a flexible schedule, working Monday to Friday.
