Division Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of our team, the Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments, including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and empower team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments
• Lead by example, demonstrating self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
• Understand employee and guest satisfaction results and develop game plans to address need areas and expand on strengths
• Verify that the team has the capabilities to meet expectations
• Perform hourly job functions as needed and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
