The ideal candidate will have B2-C1 Level fluency in spoken English, familiarity with video conferencing software, and a tech-forward adaptive mindset. They will also be able to think like a builder and refine onboarding playbooks based on common customer challenges.
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis is a plus.
