**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Network Security Solutions Engineer to join our team at Fortinet. As a key member of our technical support organization, you will be responsible for providing advanced troubleshooting and technical assistance to our customers.
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year
**Job Description**:
In this role, you will work closely with our customers to identify and resolve complex network security issues. Your expertise in Fortinet products and technologies will enable you to provide timely and effective solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and implementing configuration changes, as well as collaborating with our engineering teams to develop new solutions. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in managing customer expectations and ensuring timely resolution of technical cases.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a networking/security company
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switches
- Certifications in CCIE, CCDE, CISSP
- Desirable experience with security products firewalls, IPSec, IDS/IPS, Anti-Spam, virus scanning
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills (Portuguese is a plus)
